Nashwan specialises in Immigration, Judicial Review, and Claims Against Public Authorities cases and is based at our Liverpool office.
Nashwan works on Immigration Matters, both publicly and privately funded, applications for Judicial Review and civil actions against public authorities such as Police Forces, the UK Visas & Immigration and Prisons. These include, but are not limited to, claims for; False Imprisonment, Misfeasance, Negligence, Assault & Battery, Malicious Prosecution.
Nashwan also has extensive experience of assisting client’s detained under Immigration Powers. He has worked on applications for Immigration Bail to the First Tier Tribunal, applications for asylum dealt with under the Detained Asylum Casework process, Deportation and challenges against the lawfulness of detention.
Nashwan qualified as a Solicitor in March 2018 having completed his training in the Immigration, Public Law and Actions Against the Police departments at Duncan Lewis Solicitors. He is also a accredited as a Level 2 Senior Caseworker under the Law Society’s Immigration & Asylum Accreditation scheme.
Outside of the office, Nashwan is keen on travelling and is an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club where he has held a season ticket for several years.
