This visa route is specifically applicable to Turkish Businesspersons. If you already have permission to stay in the UK as a Turkish Businessperson, you can apply to extend your visa.

 

In order to apply for this visa, you must meet the eligibility requirements as follows:

1. You must have a running viable business
2. You must have kept paying your share of the costs in running the business
3. You must have a valid Turkish Businesspersons visa
4. You must show you have not broken any Immigration laws
5. You must show that your share of the profits are more than enough to support you and your family without needed another job.
6. If you are part of an existing company, you must show your active part in running that business.

 

You can apply to extend your visa as many times as you like. You simply need to meet the eligibility requirement.

After 5 years in this visa category, you may be able to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK.

 

Once you have applied, proven your identity and provided you documents, you will usually get a decision on your visa extension within 6 months. There is no fee to extend this visa.
